Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for programs offered by Brintelli Tech Academy. Specific terms on your fee receipt or enrolment letter take precedence if they differ and were agreed in writing at the time of payment.

1. General principle

We aim to be transparent about fees before you pay. Because we reserve limited batch seats and allocate faculty, lab, and mentor time in advance, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Cancellation before batch start

If you cancel in writing before your batch start date:

  • More than 15 days before start: eligible for a refund of up to 80% of fees paid, minus any payment gateway or administrative charges.
  • 7–15 days before start: eligible for a refund of up to 50% of fees paid, or transfer to a later batch within 6 months (one transfer allowed).
  • Less than 7 days before start: no monetary refund; batch transfer may be offered at our discretion subject to seat availability.

3. Cancellation after batch start

Once classes have begun, fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptional cases (serious medical emergency, relocation with proof) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for partial credit toward a future batch, not cash refund.

4. Cancellation by Brintelli

If we cancel or postpone a batch due to insufficient enrolment, faculty unavailability, or force majeure, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that program or transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost.

5. Instalments and EMI

If you pay through instalments or a third-party EMI/lender, refund eligibility follows this policy for amounts received by Brintelli. Any interest, processing fees, or charges levied by banks or EMI partners are between you and the lender and are not refundable by us.

6. Workshops and short programs

Free workshops and demo sessions carry no fee and no refund applies. Paid workshops: full refund if cancelled by us; if you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, you may receive credit toward a future workshop or a 50% refund of the workshop fee.

7. How to request a refund

Email hello@brintellitechacademy.in or visit our Thanjavur campus with your payment receipt, enrolment details, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, subject to bank processing times.
