Brintelli Tech Academy provides IT training programs, workshops, internship tracks, and placement assistance from our Thanjavur campus and approved hybrid formats. Course content, duration, fees, and schedules are described on our website and in written communications from admissions. We may update curricula to reflect industry changes.

Enrolment is confirmed only after admission criteria are met, seats are available, and agreed fees or instalments are paid as per your enrolment letter or fee receipt. Quoted fees are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fee breakdowns are shared in writing before payment. Misrepresentation of qualifications or identity may result in cancellation without refund.

Students are expected to attend classes, complete assignments, and maintain respectful conduct toward faculty, staff, and peers. Harassment, cheating, plagiarism, damage to property, or disruption of learning may lead to suspension or termination without refund, at our discretion.

Course materials, branding, website content, and training resources are owned by Brintelli or its licensors. You receive a limited licence for personal learning use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share proprietary materials without written permission.

Placement support includes interview preparation, referrals, and hiring partner introductions. Placement outcomes depend on your skills, attendance, project quality, interview performance, and market conditions. We do not guarantee a specific job, salary, employer, or timeline unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, upload malware, or use our brand in a misleading way. We may suspend access for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brintelli shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
